For becoming an IT Recruitment Partner
You should have:
At least 3 years of recruitment experience in Germany, Austria or Switzerland, preferably in IT
Effective sales skills and active personality with a hands-on mentality
Good English skills (B2/C1)

This team shortlists qualified leads to initiate communication over social media platforms e.g., LinkedIn and Xing. After getting a response from the client, the data is updated in our CRM and the lead is moved for further processing.
Self-booking
Leads are also generated when clients book appointments with us by themselves through the website, email or over a call.
Qualification & Conversion
Appointment Setting
IT Recruitment Assistants are responsible for reaching out to potential clients and booking appointments. Their role involves more than just cold calling; they also contact potential leads to schedule appointments and promptly update our CRM system to accelerate the sales process.
Sales Presentation
The IT Recruitment Partners delivers compelling presentations to convert leads intoprojects successfully.
Contract
After a successful presentation, the IT Recruitment Partners secures the deal by obtaining signed contracts at the earliest opportunity.
Execution
Recruitment Coordination & Operations
Recruitment Coordinators provide support in streamlining your pipeline workflow with CVcreation, screening calls, and assistance with any content needs. The Recruitment Operations team oversees technology requirements and prepares reports for all recruitment projects.
Active Sourcing
This team leverages social media platforms and job portals such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Xing, StepStone, and more to identify, contact, and shortlist qualified candidates as per project demand. Ideally, IT Recruitment Partners will also be doing active sourcing for their projects.
Closing Project
The sales team, including the IT Recruitment Partners, acts as the bridge that understands theneeds of the customers and connects it with the skills of candidates. After conducting skill checks through qualification calls, only qualified candidates are referred to the client. The client then conducts an interview with the candidate and extends an offer if everything goes well. If the offer aligns with the candidate's expectations, the project is closed, and a successful placement is made.

Earnings as an IT Recruitment Partner
The income for IT Recruitment Partners is composed as follows:
€2,300 to €6,000 one-time for each successful job placement through IT Recruitment
€1,500 one-time for each successful IT Active Sourcing project
€400 (approximately) monthly for each successfully placed employee for IT Freelancer and International IT Experts
Income from IT Recruitment Process Outsourcing depends on individual projects
With our firm support, we expect an IT Recruitment Partner should be able to close 2 to 4 placements per month.
