Position Tasks
Tasks you can expect to be working on:
- You will find and contact potential partner companies and request suitable candidates
- You will coordinate with hiring managers to identify the job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs
- You will assist with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions
- You will screen IT related resumes in accordance with the competencies given in the job requirements
- You will perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities for our clients
- You will Identify the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates
- You will maintain and enhance our talent pool
- You will be responsible for regular and ad hoc administrative tasks
Requirements
- You have Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, IT or a related subject
- You have at least 3+ years of relevant experience in Technical Recruiting and Project Management, representing a medium or large organization
- You have technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT related roles
- You have familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- You have effective time-management abilities
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
