Position Tasks​

Tasks you can expect to be working on:

  • You will coordinate with the European client hiring managers to determine position requirements
  • You will engage in active sourcing activities for our European clients to reach those candidates who are not actively looking for a job
  • You will identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search)
  • You will leverage various social media platforms and job portals (i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed, Xing, Github, X-Ray search) to help identify and connect with qualified candidates
  • You will perform initial screening for all the clients hiring projects assigned to you
  • You will manage the company’s candidate database and develop talent pool for future hiring needs
  • You will set up candidate interviews with our European clients

Requirements​​

  1. You have Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or a related subject
  2. You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in talent sourcing or headhunting, representing a medium or large organization
  3. You have an affinity for IT and are familiar with hiring platforms, HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), Candidate Management Systems (CMSs) and MS Office Tools.
  4. You have the ability to positively present our company and client to potential candidates, for open job roles
  5. You have effective time-management abilities
  6. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
