Position Tasks
Tasks you can expect to be working on:
- You will coordinate with the European client hiring managers to determine position requirements
- You will engage in active sourcing activities for our European clients to reach those candidates who are not actively looking for a job
- You will identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search)
- You will leverage various social media platforms and job portals (i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed, Xing, Github, X-Ray search) to help identify and connect with qualified candidates
- You will perform initial screening for all the clients hiring projects assigned to you
- You will manage the company’s candidate database and develop talent pool for future hiring needs
- You will set up candidate interviews with our European clients
Requirements
- You have Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or a related subject
- You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in talent sourcing or headhunting, representing a medium or large organization
- You have an affinity for IT and are familiar with hiring platforms, HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), Candidate Management Systems (CMSs) and MS Office Tools.
- You have the ability to positively present our company and client to potential candidates, for open job roles
- You have effective time-management abilities
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
