To support our Talent Acquisition Department, we are looking for long-term cooperation with a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist.



  • You will coordinate with the Talent Acquisition Managers to understand the requirements of internal and external jobs
  • You will screen IT related resumes in accordance with the competencies given in the job requirements .
  • You will engage in talent acquisition activities for our clients to reach the potential candidates
  • You will identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search and X-Ray search etc.)
  • You will leverage various social media platforms and job portals (i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed, Xing, Github) to help identify and connect with qualified candidates
  • You will perform initial screening for all the clients hiring projects assigned to you
  • You will manage the company’s candidate database and develop a talent pool for future hiring needs
  • You will track your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on daily bases

  1. You have at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or a related subject
  2. You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or headhunting, representing a medium or large organization
  3. You have a working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and XING Talent Manager
  4. You have an affinity for IT and are familiar with hiring platforms HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and MS Office Tools
  5. You have the ability to positively present our company and client to potential candidates, for open job roles
  6. You have excellent time management skills
  7. You have excellent networking and research skills 
  8. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
