To lead our HR Department (Pakistan), we are looking for long-term cooperation with a motivated Head HR, based in Pakistan.

Position Tasks​

Tasks you can expect to be working on:

  • You will plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs
  • You will address complaints and resolve them by implementing innovative solutions and you will make changes and suggest improvements wherever required to ensure the proper functioning of the department
  • You will evaluate the performance of HR employees and give constructive feedback
  • You are responsible to develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • You will assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • You will maintain the culture as the business grows, embedding new initiatives to support the expansion
  • You will analyse data and metrics and create relevant reports for the management board

Requirements​​

  1. You have Masters Degree or equivalent work experience​
  2. You have at least 10+ years of relevant professional experience in operational and strategic HR work with at least 500+ employees, preferably in a dynamic, fast-growing and international environment
  3. You are fluent in English and have good negotiating skills
  4. ​You have leadership experience, strong conceptual skills in HR topics and their implementation, but also enjoy day-to-day HR operations
  5. You have solid experience in organizational and cultural development as well as change management
  6. You show entrepreneurial thinking, high intrinsic motivation with a visible will to shape things
  7. You are characterized by cultural openness as well as intercultural experience, loyalty and absolute discretion belong to your basic principles
  8. You have an affinity for IT and are familiar with HR systems (Personio), social media channels and MS Office Tools
