Position Tasks​

Tasks you can expect to be working on:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Support the team in the sales process
  • Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints​
  • Work closely with and supporting the sales department

  1. Bachelor/Masters degree
  2. You are enthusiastic about open, targeted, and solution-oriented communication
  3. You have a friendly voice, you enjoy communicating on the phone and you are very expressive in the English language
  4. Teamwork, the exchange and realization of ideas you find enjoyable and drives you
  5. Your strengths include independent work, initiative, and a high level of reliability​
  6. ​Good command of English
  7. ​You can work well with and enjoy using a PC, MS Office

What are we looking for?

To support our sales team, we are looking for long-term cooperation with a motivated Customer Service Trainee, based in Pakistan.If you are available full-time (40 hours/week), are a true organizational talent, and possess the characteristic of taking initiative and being committed, then we are looking for YOU!
