What We Do?
We’re a remote company that helps tech SMEs and Startups hire top Indian developers without breaking the bank.
We’ve already helped over 75 companies find the remote developers fast, and we want you to help us reach even more!
A Day in your Life:
- Cold Calling: Spend 4 hours a day calling new businesses to tell them about our services and set up meetings.
- Social Media & Email : For next 1 hour, you will reach out to potential clients through social media and email to build connections.
- Sales Presentation: Spend 1-2 hours each day having sales presentations with clients to explain our services and secure contracts.
Use the remaining that may change based on the day’s needs.
- Client Updates: Check in with our clients and keep them updated on how their projects are going.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with management and team members.
What We’re Looking For:
- You have experience in sales and love making cold calls.
- Big Plus: If you know a bit about IT, have sold tech products before, or have a degree in IT.
- You speak German fluently, at a C1/C2 level.
- You speak English at least at a B2/C1 level.
