To lead our Recruitment Department, we are looking for long-term cooperation with a motivated Head of Recruitment.

Position Tasks​

Working with us, these are the type of tasks you would be working on:

  • You will be leading the Recruitment Department which is responsible for internal hiring and also serves as a remote recruitment agency for clients who require candidate placements
  • You will develop a recruitment strategy on the basis of the organization’s objectives and connect it with the KPIs of the Recruitment Department
  • You will plan and implement Full-Lifecycle Recruiting and Sourcing operations
  • You will leverage various social media platforms and job portals to help identify and connect with qualified candidates
  • You will monitor the progress of all clients’ projects, their timely reporting, and make adjustments to ensure compliance
  • You will be leading the hiring, training and development of all the employees in the Recruitment Department
  • You will advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
  • You will create and facilitate initiatives that can add value to the Recruitment Department
  • You will establish a global employer brand identity that reflects the company’s unique character, values, and culture
  • You will enable cross-departmental cooperation

Requirements

Your Qualification:

  1. You have a Master’s Degree or higher level of education in a relevant discipline
  2. You have 10+ years of recruitment experience
  3. You have extensive client management experience, preferably within the European market
  4. You have strong experience in managing teams of 50 or more members
  5. You have an affinity for IT and are familiar with HR systems, CRMs, social media channels, hiring platforms and MS Office Tools
  6. You have excellent leadership, project management and negotiation skills
  7. You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of the German Language would be a huge advantage
