To lead our HR Department, we are looking for long-term cooperation with a motivated Head of HR.

Position Tasks

You will work on the following tasks while working with us:

You will plan, develop and lead human resource strategies for all the employees based in Pakistan.
You will develop HR policies and processes and monitor their implementation to ensure compliance.
You will continuously update and align the performance management system with the strategic objectives and goals of the company.
You will develop qualitative and quantitative Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), enable their achievement, monitor their progress and ensure timely reporting.
You will manage training and development programs for employees and keep track of their learning curve.
You will lead the employee feedback process and cater to complaints with the aim of creating a better working environment.
You will manage company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process.
You will connect the company’s cultural vision with organizational behavior and be the steward of corporate culture by turning it into tangible actions.
You will create and facilitate initiatives that can add value to the entire organization in general and the HR department in particular.
You will implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions.

Requirements

You have a Master’s Degree in HR or a related subject.
You have at least 10+ years of relevant professional experience in operational and strategic HR functions, representing a medium or large organization.
You have leadership experience, strong conceptual knowledge in HR and are also equipped to handle routine operations.
You have solid experience in organizational and cultural development as well as change management.
You have an affinity for IT and are familiar with HR systems (Personio), social media channels, hiring platforms and MS Office Tools.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Strong organizations skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
