Position Tasks​

Tasks you can expect to be working on:

  • You will lead the Data Entry (our PreSales teams of around 90 people), Back Office Outsourcing, eCommerce Outsourcing, and other BPO teams
  • You will create and implement remote employee training programs for all BPO teams
  • You will provide effective communication to management and the other departments as appropriate and necessary
  • You will review, analyze and report on team performance
  • You will provide strategic direction to the international BPO team
  • You will work towards organizational objectives by having an in-depth knowledge of the company requirements and goals
  • You will implement and manage metrics to drive results

Requirements

  1. You have a Master’s Degree or higher level of education in a relevant discipline
  2. You have 10+ years of BPO and Management experience
  3. You have international exposure, preferably with European clients
  4. You have hands-on experience in implementing and managing metrics to drive results
  5. You have experience in creating and implementing (remote) employee training programs
  6. You have strong project management and leadership experience in managing teams of 100 or more members
  7. You have great interpersonal skills and a great attitude that is contagious and “can-do”
  8. You have working experience with CRM tools (knowledge of VTiger would be advantageous)
  9. You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of the German Language would be a huge advantage
