Position Tasks​

Tasks you can expect to be working on:

  • You will develop, execute and monitor Communication and Content strategies for our company and clients
  • You will develop, execute and monitor Public Relations strategies for our company and clients
  • You will develop a media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and especially online media
  • You will ensure quality and timely delivery of communication and content plan
  • You will build long-term relationships with all relevant stakeholders, such as local government, electronic, print and digital media houses & influencers etc
  • You will manage and host local and international webinars which includes ensuring the participation of appropriate panellists, encouraging audiences to watch it and onboarding the right media partners
  • You will lead and develop a video content creation team and oversee the process of idea generation, scriptwriting, storyboarding, shoot or animation execution and post-production
  • You will ensure compliance with the relevant KPIs of the communication team and do learning needs assessments when needed
  • You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining the budget for media plans

  1. A Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing or related subject
  2. At least 8 years of experience in Communication & PR functions, representing a medium or large organization
  3. Experience in dealing with different communication media
  4. An existing large network of relevant media contacts is mandatory
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  6. Presentation skills and the power of argumentation
  7. Strong organizations skills
  8. Superior Leadership skills
