To support our recruitment team, we are looking for long-term cooperation with a motivated Recruiter, based in Pakistan.

Position Tasks

Tasks you can expect to be working on:

  • Planning, coordination, realization, and evaluation of digital marketing campaigns for Google Adwords and Facebook Ads​
  • Testing new marketing technologies and strategies for campaign segments (e.g. Facebook)
  • Developing campaign plans​
  • Coordination and adjustment as well as prioritization of all campaign-dependent actions and campaign-independent measures to achieve revenue, engagement, and profitability targets or optimal range/visibility.
  • Monitoring and reporting of performance on the basis of relevant KPIs (e.g. on SemRush), conducting detailed analyses and developing concrete recommendations for action
  • Working on our Social Media strategy and manage our marketing calendar

  1. BBA / MBA in Marketing and at least 5 years of professional experience in Marketing
  2. Knowledge of current trends and best practices in online marketing
  3. You are familiar with Facebook Ads and Google Ads
  4. ​Social media marketing is your passion​
  5. ​You are familiar with tools such as Google Analytics and SemRushand have already worked with them​
  6. Creative team player with strong conceptual and analytical skills
  7. ​Very good English skills, both written and spoken
  8. Hands-on mentality
  9. IT know-how is beneficial
