To support our recruitment team, we are looking for long-term cooperation with a motivated Recruiter, based in Pakistan.

Position Tasks​

Tasks you can expect to be working on:

  • Monitoring of the recruiting processes
  • Create and publish job advertisements
  • Conducting telephone and video interviews
  • Active sourcing via social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Rozee)
  • Active communication with candidates
  • Ongoing optimization of the recruiting and application process
  • Working closely with the functional departments

  1. At least 5 years of professional experience as Human Resources/Recruiting Manager​
  2. Very good knowledge of Rozee, LinkedIn, and other social media networks
  3. ​A very high level of self-motivation and organization
  4. ​You are confident with MS Office tools
  5. You have an independent, proactive, structured, and precise way of working​
  6. ​Experience in screening and interviewing techniques
  7. Very good communication skills and sensitivity
  8. Very good spoken and written English skills
  9. A Masters degreein HR is beneficial
