As an IT Recruitment Specialist, you play a crucial role in attracting top talent for our clients and contributing to the success of our recruitment efforts. You will collaborate closely with the IT Recruitment Lead to understand the client requirements and actively engage in active sourcing activities to identify potential candidates through various channels and platforms. As an IT Recruitment Specialist, you are an integral part of our team, and your efforts directly impact our clients‘ satisfaction and our company’s growth.
You will coordinate with the IT Recruitment Lead to understand the requirements of internal and external jobs
You will screen IT related resumes in accordance with the competencies given in the job requirements.
You will engage in active sourcing activities for our clients to reach the potential candidates
You will identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search and X-Ray search etc.)
You will leverage various social media platforms and job portals (i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed, Xing, StepStone & Github) to help identify and connect with qualified candidates
You will perform initial screening for all the clients hiring projects assigned to you
You will manage the company’s candidate database and develop a talent pool for future hiring needs
You will track your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on daily bases
