To support our finance team, we are looking for long-term cooperation with a motivated Strategic Financial Controller, based in Pakistan.

Position Tasks​

Tasks you can expect to be working on:

  • Build an integrated financial business model to model, track and plan the company business plan (P&L, Cashflow, Balance Sheet, Revenue forecasting, liquidity planning), including company valuation from an investor’s perspective.
  • Provide in-depth analysis on financial performance to identify actionable insights and suggest ideas/recommendations.
  • Partner with the senior management team, board members, and investors providing analytics to plan for and monitor the success of project initiatives and the business as well as preparing presentation deliverables for board and investor meetings.
  • Work closely with the COO, CEO and the senior leadership team.​
  • Preparation of business cases for investors as well as ensuring proper financial planning and control of CAPEX-projects.
  • Continuously translate company strategy and business model into a financial business plan in collaboration with top management and track its execution across time

  1. Proven track record in financial planning, financial analysis with 8+ years experience within global, public traded companies as a financial analyst
  2. You have experience with the valuation of small, high growth companies
  3. Good business sense, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Strong professional character, integrity, and an entrepreneurial spirit​
  5. ​Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with management and teams across the organization and a positive “can-do” attitude
  6. Proven ability to operate and succeed within a fast-paced environment
  7. ​Hands-on with strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills and BI Toolsskills
  8. Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment with the ability to prioritize and respond quickly
  9. Passionate about different cultures
  10. Proficient in English
  11. German language skills are an advantage
