Position Tasks
Tasks you can expect to be working on:
- You will lead the Data Entry (our PreSales teams of around 90 people), Back Office Outsourcing, eCommerce Outsourcing, and other BPO teams
- You will create and implement remote employee training programs for all BPO teams
- You will provide effective communication to management and the other departments as appropriate and necessary
- You will review, analyze and report on team performance
- You will provide strategic direction to the international BPO team
- You will work towards organizational objectives by having an in-depth knowledge of the company requirements and goals
- You will implement and manage metrics to drive results
Requirements
- You have a Master’s Degree or higher level of education in a relevant discipline
- You have 10+ years of BPO and Management experience
- You have international exposure, preferably with European clients
- You have hands-on experience in implementing and managing metrics to drive results
- You have experience in creating and implementing (remote) employee training programs
- You have strong project management and leadership experience in managing teams of 100 or more members
- You have great interpersonal skills and a great attitude that is contagious and “can-do”
- You have working experience with CRM tools (knowledge of VTiger would be advantageous)
- You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of the German Language would be a huge advantage
