With our Recruitment Partner program, you can join us with no investment except your time and expertise and earn a share of the profit on each placement. We provide you with a team which generates fresh leads daily, does Active Sourcing and provides all the required support, including content generation, graphic design, and social media management.
You will be assigned a particular territory. We expect you to use your skills and experience to develop clients and coordinate their recruitment needs, while also dealing with candidates and ensuring successful placements within your territory.
To join us, you must have:
At least 5 years of experience in IT recruitment in Germany
Residence in Germany
Entrepreneurial thinking and acting personality with hands-on mentality
The ability to lead a team
The ability to work 40 hours a week
Good English skills (C1/C2 level)

Lead generation takes a lot of time and effort. That’s why we assign you 3 dedicated full-time lead generation resources so you can get fresh leads, daily. Out of these, two will handle lead generation on job aggregators and boards while one will handle professional social media platforms like Xing and LinkedIn.
These professionals will support you by using their expertise to scan professional networks and platforms to find leads, which they will enter into our CRM and pass on to you.
Active Sourcing is the other critical aspect of Recruitment and needs considerable expertise and time. That’s why you will get 2 dedicated Active Sourcers.
These experts will leverage various social media platforms and job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Xing, StepStone, etc. to help identify and connect with qualified candidates. They will do so using sourcing techniques like Boolean search operators and X-Ray search.
They will also help you with:
– Screening resumes according to job requirements
– Identifying qualified candidate profiles
– Screening calls
– Managing the candidate database and developing a talent pool
Recruitment isn’t just limited to Lead Generation and Active Sourcing. As a Recruitment Partner, you will also benefit from shared resources skilled in content creation and graphic design. They will help with:
– Writing effective job descriptions
– Generating content for deliverables like Ihr and landing pages
– Preparing attractive job ads
– Customizing resumes according to the client’s requirements
– Preparing progress reports for clients

Buying into a business or becoming a partner usually requires parting with a lot of money. There is also a prospect of not turning a profit so you may get no return on your investment. With our Recruitment Partner program, we handle most of the work and you just need to give your time and expertise.
You can expect to earn around € 4,000 for every successful placement. Each Recruitment Partner will be required to close at least 2 placements a month with the team we provide. So, your monthly earnings should be between € 8,000 and € 20,000.
