We are looking for a motivated and communicative virtual assistant to strengthen our team. You must be available at least 20 hours/week to work with us.

Tasks​​​

  • You take on important coordination and organizational tasks, including task and calendar management
  • You prepare a variety of different meetings, interviews and events
  • You support us with meaningful correspondence and in internal communication
  • You will help us with general and diverse administrative tasks in the areas of HR and marketing

Qualifications:

  1. You have excellent German language skills at at least C1/C2 level
  2. Ideally, you have completed a commercial-oriented apprenticeship and already have some experience as a virtual assistant, as well as good business and human resources knowledge

  4. You are confident in using MS Office applications and social media tools
  5. You have an independent, proactive, structured and precise way of working and you have excellent organizational skills

  7. You have very good written and spoken English skills
