Position Tasks
Tasks you can expect to be working on:
- You will manage the recruitment process for our company and as well as for our European clients
- You will perform day to day operations of the Human Resource department while overseeing Local and International recruiting
- You will develop the candidate persona according to the given requirements
- You will be responsible for the development of a target group oriented search strategy
- You will review and select suitable job portals for promoting open positions
- You will conduct interviews with job applicants and shortlist the suitable candidates
- You will educate the recruitment team on effective interviewing techniques, and manage our recruitment database
- You will monitor key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures
- You will liaise with company department heads to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs
Requirements
- You have a Master’s Degree or higher level of education in a relevant discipline
- You have at least 5+ years of Recruitment and Management experience, representing a medium or large organization
- You have strong project management and leadership experience in managing teams of 10 or more members
- You have strategic recruitment experience in an international environment
- You have great interpersonal skills and a great attitude that is contagious and “can-do”
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
