To lead our Recruitment Process Outsourcing Department (RPO), we are looking for long-term cooperation with a motivated Head of RPO, based in Pakistan.

Position Tasks​

Tasks you can expect to be working on:

  • You will plan and implement Full-Lifecycle Recruiting and Sourcing operations
  • You will prepare and deliver client account performance reports, as well as executive level ad-hoc reporting
  • You are responsible to determine and implement strategies necessary to achieve defined objectives; ensure measurements are in place to monitor progress, identify and document root causes and drivers for missed objectives; as well as action plans to improve performance and mitigate risk in recruiting operations
  • You will manage and improve RPO projects​
  • You will be an effectively partner with internal stakeholders and Recruiting team members
  • You will provide a strategic direction to the international recruitment team

Requirements

  1. You have Masters Degree or equivalent work experience
  2. You have 10+ years of Recruitment and Management experience as well as Recruiting Operational knowledge (use of recruiting metrics and measurements to drive results)
  3. You have strong project management and leadership experiences with leading teams of 20+ or more team members
  4. You have strong technical and computer skills
  5. ​You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  6. You have great interpersonal skills and great attitude that is contagious and “can do”
